Porto Food Guide wins 2 “Best in the World” at the Gourmand Awards 2019

A little after a month after we were flabbergasted by winning the prize of “Digital Project of the Year” at the AHRESP award ceremony, another piece of incredible news just came through to us.

Our Porto Food Guide won two “Best in the World” awards at the final of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2019!

Amongst a selection of books from all over the world, we won first place as “Best Digital Book for Sale”, and second place as “Best Culinary Travel / Food Tourism Book”.

We had already won 3 national awards in the first stage of this competition, but ending up on the podium in the final phase was a huge surprise and an amazing honor.

As we had previously mentioned, these prizes come as validation to our effort and commitment to the Porto Food Guide project, which is one of our small contributions for the promotion of Porto’s gastronomy. We want to thank the jury of the competition, and also all of those who believed in us and wished us good luck in this journey. It was worth it!

So… we’re also announcing that we are starting to prepare the 2019/2020 edition. Many news is coming this way.
